About the NWSA Employment Service

  1. The service will offer conference meeting space for hiring institutions and job seekers to meet for preliminary interviews.
  2. Employers post jobs on the NWSA website.
  3. Interested applicants register for the job-seeker service and apply directly to the hiring institutions that post.
  4. Hiring institutions will contact candidates with whom they wish to meet to schedule a meeting time at their institution's dedicated booth.

Job-Seeker Registration Fee Includes:

  • Access to possible employer interviews at the NWSA conference
  • Apply directly to posted employment listings and indicate that you have registered for the NWSA 2010 Employment Service
  • Special Job Service Pass to allow access to the Job Service Area

Employer Registration Fee Includes:

  • Two complimentary conference registrations
  • Dedicated booth with 8' privacy drape on 3 sides, plus 1 6 x 10 table and 2 side chairs
  • Interview hours from 1 PM-7 PM Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and from 9 AM-Noon Sunday
  • Unlimited job postings on the NWSA website from the time fee is paid through November 30, 2010
  • Special listing of job posting in "Employment Service" website area
  • Second listing highlighted on regular employment listing web pages
