Position: Fellow
Term length: 3 years
Qualifications: PhD or equivalent in a field concerning women’s studies and/or religion and theology.
Expectations: A fellow is expected to publish 2 (6-8,000 word) journal articles per year in the journal Goddess Thealogy or author a manuscript (75-125,000 words) over the course of the 3 year term that will be published by the institute. A fellow will be expected to conduct a symposium or lecture series each year through I4TD. Presenting at the annual conference is optional, but encouraged.

Expectations: A research associate is expected to publish 2 (6-8,000 word) journal articles per year in the journal Goddess Thealogy. S/he is also expected to present her or his work at the annual conferences
Position: Resident Scholar
Term length: 3 years
Qualifications: BA or equivalent in a field concerning women’s studies and/or religion theology
Expectations: A resident scholar is expected to publish 1 (6-8000 word) journal article per year in the journal Goddess Thealogy. S/he is expected to present her/his work at the annual conferences.
